Debbie Nelson, mother of Eminem, has released a new book in which she writes about her relationship with her son, as well as his battles with depression.

The book is titled, My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem, and is currently available in the UK, and making its way stateside in March. The book states that Em has battled depression for much of his life, with his condition worsening over time.

While Em and others have accused Nelson of using her son’s fame and talent to profit, those close maintain that her motivations for the book rest in her desire to see her son get help. A friend was quoted by Life and Style Magazine as saying, “She fears she’ll end up burying him unless she gets help …us all see him teetering on the edge of self-destruction.”

I was talking with one of my co-workers on the way to the Metro the other day and she mentioned that her sister who got married a few months ago was felling upset that day because she had thought she was pregnant but suddenly got her period. She told me that her sister was going crazy trying to get pregnant for the last 3 months and she was absolutely obsessed with it and feeling down because nothing was happening.
